Let go of the past & release attachments
We all get so attached to things, to people, to places, and even unhealthy habits, so much so that it often becomes detrimental to our mental health or just our overall well-being. Cutting ties with the past, releasing relationships, old stories we tell ourselves, and decluttering things that don’t serve our highest good anymore to live a life in alignment with the upgraded version of ourselves. In this video, I share my perspective on how do we let go, and how do we release attachments. Let’s be brave enough to aim for involvement rather than attachment, to let go in order to find richness from within, inner peace, and freedom.
