Perfectionism is to this day being held in high regard because it does push us to bring out effective outputs. Rebuilding trust in yourself when you lost your self confidence
Life can really knock us out. Challenge after challenge, heartbreak after heartbreak, failure after failure, we start to doubt ourselves and our ability to choose what's "good" for us. We get drained of our energy and lose all sense of self confidence we had before it all. Well, life is not going to stop throwing us obstacles, but the good news is that now we get to choose how we respond to them.
