Setting boundaries with others and yourself
We often let our personal boundaries in relationships, with family, friends, and at work get crossed for different reasons, may it be because we have a tendency of people-pleasing, of not voicing our needs, of not knowing how to say no, or simply because we don't even realize that we need to set firm boundaries or don't know how to set personal boundaries to grace ourselves with fairness and balance. Either way, it leaves us in an emotional - and sometimes even physical state that depletes our well-being. Setting healthy boundaries with others and ourselves helps us choose our own peace of mind which positively contributes to our overall wellness.
